Job Description : PayPay India is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager (Tech) to lead end-to-end hiring for our product organisation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for product-based tech companies, extensive experience in stakeholder management, and strong leadership capabilities to lead a team & support the organisation's growth. Main Responsibilities: - 10-14 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on technology hiring. - Minimum 10+ years of experience hiring for technology roles in a product-based organisation. - At least 4 years of people management experience, leading and mentoring Talent Acquisition teams. - Proven experience managing a team of 6–8 Talent Acquisition professionals, including goal setting, performance management, coaching, and career development. - Demonstrated success in driving team productivity, hiring quality, stakeholder management, and recruitment process improvements. - Experience hiring software engineers and technical leadership roles across multiple levels in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. - Expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, GitHub, referrals, Boolean and X-ray search techniques. - Strong experience partnering with Engineering, Product, and Business leaders to deliver strategic hiring initiatives. - Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
