Responsibilities: - Lead client discovery and requirements-gathering sessions to define business objectives, data sources, and success criteria for analytics engagements - Design end-to-end solution architectures spanning data ingestion, modeling, warehousing, transformation, and reporting/visualization layers - Produce architecture diagrams, technical design documents, and solution roadmaps that are clear to both technical and non-technical stakeholders - Partner with project managers and engagement leads by serving as the primary technical point of contact for client stakeholders throughout the engagement lifecycle - Guide and review the work of data engineers, analysts, and BI developers to ensure solutions are built to the architected design and to firm quality standards - Contribute to internal capability building: reusable frameworks, accelerators, and architecture standards that improve delivery speed and consistency across engagements - Support pre-sales activity, including solution scoping, effort estimation, and proposal or RFP responses - Directly manage a team including staffing, workload balancing, and day-to-day performance management, while mentoring them on architecture best practices and client delivery standards Requirements: - 5- 7+ years of experience designing and delivering end-to-end data and analytics solutions, from source systems through to reporting and consumption layers - Hands-on experience in at least one major cloud data platform (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure, or GCP) and ability to evaluate and recommend additional tools and systems - Strong SQL skills and working knowledge of data modeling approaches (dimensional modeling, data vault, or similar) - Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience - Willingness to travel to client sites as engagements require Compensation: - The salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $4,500 - $5,500 per month, depending on seniority and skillset. - This position is for a full time contract, through a payroll platform. - The talent will work remotely allocated at our client.
