## About the project

We build and run Adobe Experience Cloud implementations for enterprise clients, and we need someone senior to own that work end to end. Not to configure what someone else designed. To sit with the client, define the data layer, model the schemas, and stay through validation and handover.

If you already know your way around Adobe Analytics and Data Collection and you have started building on Experience Platform, this is a role where that combination is the whole point rather than a footnote on your profile.

What you’ll do

- You will lead Adobe implementations from discovery through deployment: solution design, tagging, AEP data modeling, audience activation, personalization, and reporting. On the data collection side that means defining and governing the data layer with development teams, implementing through Data Collection (Tags and Launch), and working with the Web SDK, AppMeasurement, or both, including migrations off legacy libraries. On the platform side it means XDM schemas, datasets, identities, and Real-Time Customer Profile, plus SQL in Query Service and AEP APIs wired into upstream and downstream systems with JavaScript and Python.
- You will also debug other people's work, and your own, using the Experience Platform Debugger, Assurance, and browser tooling. Accurate data is the deliverable. Everything downstream depends on it.
- Beyond the build, you will guide developers and less experienced colleagues on tagging patterns and data layer standards, review code across the team, and take part in the usual Agile rhythm of planning, stand-ups, and refinement.

What makes you a great fit 🎯

- Four or more years in digital analytics, data engineering, or software engineering.
- Three or more years writing JavaScript for data layers, tagging, and tag management integrations.
- Three or more years with Adobe Experience Platform Data Collection (Tags or Launch) and the Web SDK, AppMeasurement, or both, including defining data layers alongside developers.
- Hands-on Adobe Experience Platform work on at least one production implementation: schemas, datasets, Query Service, APIs, Real-Time Customer Profile. Adobe certification in AEP counts toward this.
- Solid command of report suite administration (processing rules, eVars, props, events, classifications) and of schema design, data modeling, and data governance.
- The communication skills to explain a technical decision to a client who does not share your background, and to push back when the ask does not hold up.
