This role provides strategic and operational leadership for AMS (Application Management Services) clients, ensuring secure, scalable, resilient, and cost-effective cloud environments. The Manager will lead cloud teams, drive service excellence, oversee vendor and stakeholder relationships, manage cloud budgets, and ensure adherence to security, compliance, and operational standards. The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and the ability to align cloud initiatives with business objectives. ## Key Responsibilities 1. Cloud Strategy & Leadership - Define and execute cloud infrastructure strategies aligned with business and customer objectives. - Lead the design, implementation, and operational management of OCI environments while overseeing AWS support requirements. - Establish cloud governance frameworks, standards, and best practices across managed services engagements. - Drive cloud transformation initiatives, modernization programs, and operational excellence efforts. - Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to cloud engineering and operations teams. 1.
