项目概览

您将在资深量化研究员或投资经理的指导下，直接参与真实的量化研究项目，围绕策略开发、投资组合优化、交易执行等核心方向，开展数据处理、信号研究、回测分析及模型优化等工作。我们将提供成熟的量化研究框架、充足的云计算资源以及贯穿项目全程的指导支持，让您能够在真实的研究环境中快速理解从研究想法到策略落地的完整流程，并持续提升研究能力、独立思考能力与系统化思维。我们将综合评估您实习期间的研究能力、项目成果与沟通协作能力，并在实习结束时安排您向用人经理及公司合伙人展示研究成果。

实习安排

- 实习地点：上海
- 实习时长：10 月 12 日 – 12 月 25 日（共 11 周）
- 实习出勤：每周到岗 3 天或以上
- 实习薪酬：2000 元 / 天 + 餐补

留用机制

- 结项答辩评定达到 M+ 级或以上，即可获得全职录用
- 全职录用将保证百万年薪，并安排赴纽约办公室参加培训

岗位要求

- 面向计划于 2027 年或 2028 年毕业的在校生
- 国内外知名高校本科及以上学历，具有理工科或金融工程等强定量背景
- 扎实的数理统计基础，熟悉常见的统计建模、时序分析与机器学习方法
- 熟练掌握 Python，具备良好的数据处理与分析能力
- 抗压能力强，具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神
- 善于钻研，具备创新意识和快速学习能力
