## Job description

職種概要： 大規模な物流センターにおけるロボット、AGV、自動倉庫、仕分け機などを統合制御するWES（Warehouse Execution System）の要件定義・システム設計・導入推進を担うポジションです。 顧客の業務課題をヒアリングし、物流オペレーションを整理しながら、WESを中心とした最適なシステム構成を設計します。 単なるシステム導入ではなく、 ・顧客課題の整理 ・業務設計 ・システム設計 ・テスト ・現地導入 まで一貫して関与し、ロボット・AGV・WMS・マテハン設備をつなぐ次世代物流システムの構築を推進します。

業務内容

・ロボットシステム・AGV・WESに関する夜間の問い合わせ一次受付

・電話・メール・監視システムからのアラート対応

・障害発生時の一次切り分けおよび関係部署へのエスカレーション

・リモートによる復旧支援および顧客対応

・保守契約に関する見積作成

・年間点検や保守作業に関する事務業務

※夜間は遠隔サポートが中心であり、現地対応は限定的です。

必須要件

・夜間専任勤務（22:00～翌8:00を想定）に対応可能な方

・機械設備、FA機器、物流設備、ロボット、自動化システムなどの保守・運用・サポート経験

・障害発生時に状況を整理し、適切なエスカレーションや対応ができる方

・基本的なPCスキル（Excel、メール、各種業務システム）

・ビジネスレベルの日本語力

・夜勤、シフト勤務、運用監視、オンコール対応の経験

・24時間365日稼働する設備・システムの運用経験

・ロボット、AGV、物流設備、自動化設備に関する知識または実務経験

・物流センターや製造現場における設備保全・設備管理経験

・夜間の比較的落ち着いた時間帯を活用し、改善活動や事務業務にも主体的に取り組める方
