Buscamos un/a Account Executive para unirse al equipo de cuentas de Ogilvy Barcelona. Te unirás a un equipo que trabaja mano a mano con un cliente internacional trabajando distintos mercados y plataformas.

Se trata de una posición temporal, pero se valorará, una vez finalice, la continuidad en el equipo.

Estudios:

- Graduado universitario en publicidad, comunicación o similar

¿Qué buscamos que aportes?

- Experiencia mínima de 2-3 años en agencia digital y/o Marketing Digital.
- Conocimiento del entorno digital (email marketing, websites, app’s).
- Experiencia consolidada en gestión de cuentas y equipos.
- Experiencia en coordinación de equipos transversales Creatividad/Estrategia/UX/UI/Data/Tech.
- Experiencia gestionando proyectos de New Business.
- Manejo del paquete Office: Word, Power Point y Excel (formulación de ficheros, tablas dinámicas y representaciones gráficas).
- Persona comunicativa, empática, metódica y con muchas ganas de trabajar en equipo.

¿En qué consistiría tú trabajo?

- Gestión integral de todo tipo de campañas: online y offine para la fidelización de clientes. Desde la recepción y/o elaboración del briefing, al seguimiento del desarrollo de la creatividad por parte de los equipos de la agencia y la entrega final de las piezas resultado de la campaña.
- Coordinación de todos los equipos implicados en cada proyecto tanto internos como externos: creativos, diseñadores, programadores, analistas, estrategia, productoras de video, proveedores gráficos y otros colaboradores.
- Gestión diaria con el cliente: asistencia en reuniones, status, priorización de proyectos, recepción y elaboración briefings, realización y cumplimento de timings, feedback y testings.
- Supervisión de la producción de las piezas: tanto online (testing HTML’s) como offline (coordinación con impresores, revisión de bases de datos para imprenta)
- Presupuestación y facturación de los proyectos
- Colaboración estrecha con el equipo de Operativa de explotación de la base de datos, Programación y Data para la gestión diaria del cliente
- Informes de resultados y de cierre de las acciones
