## Job description

Account Executive Panoptyc is building AI that helps retailers protect revenue through real-time computer vision and human-in-the-loop intelligence. We work with thousands of retail locations and are expanding rapidly into grocery, convenience, and self-checkout. We're looking for an Account Executive who thrives in an early-stage environment and wants to grow into a full enterprise seller. You'll own deals end to end, learn a market that's still being defined, and have a direct hand in building the playbook rather than inheriting one.

## Responsibilities

- Source, qualify, and close opportunities.
- Manage complex sales cycles involving executives, operations, LP, and IT.
- Build relationships with strategic partners and integrators.
- Travel regularly to conferences, customer meetings, and pilots.
- Maintain exceptional CRM hygiene and follow-up discipline.
- Coordinate with product, implementation, and customer success teams.
- Represent Panoptyc professionally in executive meetings.

Required Qualifications

- 3+ years selling B2B software.
- Track record of consistently hitting quota.
- Experience creating pipeline rather than relying solely on inbound leads.
- Outstanding organization and follow-up.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and startup environments.
- Willing to travel frequently.

## Nice to Have

- Exposure to retail, loss prevention, physical security, or video analytics.
- Experience selling into multi-stakeholder deals with a technical component.
- Familiarity with a structured sales methodology such as MEDDIC or Sandler.
