## About the Role

At Perk, our customers' happiness is at the heart of our success. As a Longtail Account Manager DACH, you'll own a dedicated portfolio of accounts in the DACH region. You will be building lasting relationships, solving customer challenges, and driving commercial outcomes across both our Travel and Spend products.

## What You'll Do

- Own and manage a dedicated portfolio of longtail accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor across Perk's Travel and Spend solutions.
- Balance proactive relationship management with reactive support, anticipating customer needs while responding effectively to inbound queries and issues.
- Champion Perk to your clients, and champion your clients within Perk.
- Identify and act on growth opportunities within your portfolio, driving expansion, upsell, and retention in line with company business goals, including cross-selling between Travel and Spend where relevant.
- Gain a deep understanding of Perk's products to guide customers through each stage of their journey and maximize the value they get from the platform, whether they're managing business travel, company spend, or both.

## How We Work

At Perk, we take an IRL-first approach to work, where our team works together in-person 3 days a week. As such, this role requires you to be based within commuting distance of our hubs. We fundamentally believe in the value of meeting in real life to improve connectivity, productivity, creativity and ultimately making us a great place to work.
