Tu auras l'opportunité d'accompagner l'équipe Account Management middle et/ou senior dans la gestion quotidienne de campagnes d'envergure et le développement de la relation client.

En tant qu'Account Manager Social Media junior (F/H), tu seras impliqué(e) dans :

- La gestion de clientèle et le support commercial : Assister les Account Managers middle et senior au quotidien, préparer les présentations, les rapports de performance ainsi que les worklists (internes et clients). Tu participeras aux réunions clients, rédigeras les comptes rendus, effectueras des recherches de marché/benchmarks concurrentiels et aideras à la préparation des propositions commerciales (budgets, rétroplannings, templates).
- La stratégie et la planification social media : Contribuer à la réalisation d'audits social media, aider à la rédaction des briefs créatifs pour nos social creatives et suivre de près les performances des campagnes pour identifier des axes d'optimisation.
- La gestion de projet et les opérations : Assurer le suivi opérationnel des campagnes, coordonner les équipes internes (création, média, data...) sous la supervision de ton manager, et veiller à ce que les équipes Traffic soient briefées le plus en amont possible.
- Le suivi financier : Participer à la gestion des budgets, au suivi des temps passés sur les projets, ainsi qu’au suivi de la facturation et des paiements clients.

## 🎓 TON PROFIL :

- Tu es diplômé(e) d'un Bac +5 en communication, marketing ou équivalent.
- Tu as une première expérience significative (stage de fin d'études ou premier emploi) dans le domaine du social media, idéalement en agence.
- Tu as une bonne connaissance des plateformes social media (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) et des notions solides en marketing digital.
- Tu maîtrises les outils bureautiques (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Tu es reconnu(e) pour ta rigueur, ton organisation et ton excellent relationnel.
- Tu es curieux(se), tu as envie d'apprendre et tu disposes d'une excellente communication écrite et orale.
