Sobre el Equipo

Buscamos un/a Account Manager Senior – Telco & Media con una fuerte orientación a desarrollo de negocio y gestión de cuentas estratégicas, capaz de impulsar el crecimiento de nuestra práctica en el sector Telecomunicaciones. Será una persona clave en la relación con clientes clave, la identificación de nuevas oportunidades de negocio y la coordinación con los equipos de delivery, combinando una visión comercial y estratégica con una participación activa en la ejecución y el seguimiento de los proyectos. Buscamos un perfil con capacidad para generar relaciones de confianza, influir en la toma de decisiones de perfiles C-Level y actuar como referente interno y externo en el ecosistema Telco.

Sobre el rol

- Gestionarás y harás crecer una cartera de clientes estratégicos del sector Telco.
- Detectarás nuevas oportunidades de negocio dentro de cuentas existentes.
- Abrirás nuevas cuentas mediante hunting y generación de demanda.
- Construirás relaciones sólidas con stakeholders de negocio, tecnología y perfiles C-Level.
- Liderarás reuniones ejecutivas y comités de seguimiento con tus clientes.
- Coordinarás con Delivery Managers y Technical Leads para asegurar el éxito de cada proyecto.
- Participarás en la definición de equipos y necesidades de reclutamiento junto a Talent Acquisition.
- Harás seguimiento de forecast, pipeline y objetivos de facturación y margen.
- Desarrollarás relaciones con partners tecnológicos y representarás a Glintt Next en eventos del sector.

Lo que buscamos

- Titulación universitaria.
- Más de 5 años de experiencia en venta consultiva de servicios IT.
- Experiencia gestionando cuentas estratégicas en el sector Telecomunicaciones.
- Historial demostrable de crecimiento de negocio y consecución de objetivos comerciales.
- Experiencia en consultoras tecnológicas, ingeniería o compañías de servicios digitales.
- Disponibilidad para desplazamientos puntuales dentro de España y Portugal.
- Red de contactos en el ecosistema Telco será altamente valorada.
