Dans ce contexte, nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) stagiaire Assistant Comptable pour rejoindre notre équipe finance en janvier 2027.

Missions :

Sous la responsabilité du Responsable Comptable France, vous assurez la gestion de l’état administratif financier de l’entreprise.

De ce fait, vous contribuerez avec l’équipe finance France à :

Factures fournisseurs :

- Collecter les factures et informations manquantes auprès des fournisseurs et équipes métiers
- Contrôler les factures dès leur réception,
- Valider ces dernières auprès des différentes équipes,
- Saisir les factures fournisseurs dans le logiciel Sage,
- Mettre à jour et contrôler les codes analytiques des écritures comptables
- Analyser les comptes fournisseurs (lettrages, justifications des soldes)

Note de Frais :

- Contrôler et valider les notes de frais,
- Les intégrer dans Sage

Divers :

- Participer à l’amélioration des outils de gestion (Yooz, Sage 1000, Reporting BI…)
- Réaliser diverses tâches administratives,
- Aider à la préparation de la clôture semestrielle

La variété des diverses tâches qui vous seront attribuées vous permettra d'enrichir vos connaissances et de contribuer à l’amélioration de notre service

Profil :

- Vous préparez un diplôme dans le domaine de la gestion, comptabilité, contrôle, audit, finance et  vous justifiez idéalement d’une première expérience professionnelle (en stage par exemple) sur un poste similaire.
- Vous maîtrisez les techniques comptables et les logiciels informatiques du métier (Idéalement Sage, le pack office).
- Organisé, enthousiaste, vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre énergie, votre autonomie et votre sens de responsabilité.
- Vous avez l’esprit d’équipe et vous êtes à l’aise en communication, tant orale qu’écrite.

Salaire : 1200€ brut / mois
