The team You’ll join the Accounting department within Ledger’s Finance team, working in an international context. What you’ll be doing: Supplier accounting - Match invoices against purchase orders - Record invoices and review items arriving on the approved platform - Prepare payment batches - Perform account reconciliation (lettrage) - Contribute to monthly, quarterly and annual closings (e.g. accrued expenses, shareholder current accounts) - Analyse and monitor accounts, including follow-ups and communication with suppliers and employees - Contribute to annual audits by answering the auditors’ questions Expense reports - Review expense reports - Book entries, prepare payments and reconcile - Support the declaration of fees (honoraires) This list is not exhaustive. ## What we’re looking for - Minimum BTS, DUT or equivalent - Strong Excel skills - Knowledge of ERP systems is a real plus - Comfort with AI and current tools, and a willingness to work with AI (strongly recommended) - Rigour and an analytical mindset - Ability to communicate and work in a team - Good English level, required to work in an international environment At Ledger, we are dedicated to continually investing in our employees which is why we offer more than just salaries; we provide comprehensive compensation packages that include a wide range of benefits.
