In this role, you will set up and operate forming, die-cutting, laminating, and related finishing equipment while ensuring products meet quality standards and production goals. If you enjoy hands-on work, thrive in a manufacturing environment, and take pride in producing quality products, we'd love to hear from you. ## What You'll Do - Set up and operate Accuformer presses and related finishing equipment, including die cutters, thermal laminators, and toggle presses. - Meet production and quality expectations while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. - Adjust machine settings, including registration, heat, and pressure, to ensure quality output. - Load and unload materials and remove dies as required. - Inspect products throughout production to ensure quality standards are met. - Complete labor reporting, quality documentation, job tickets, and production records accurately. - Perform routine preventative maintenance and basic equipment checks. - Work closely with teammates during shift transitions to communicate production status, instructions, and any issues. - Identify and report quality concerns, with authority to stop production when necessary. - Follow all safety, housekeeping, environmental, and quality procedures. - Contribute ideas for continuous improvement initiatives. ## What We're Looking For - High school diploma or equivalent preferred. - Manufacturing, production, printing, converting, or finishing experience is helpful but not required. - Ability to read and interpret job tickets, production instructions, and blueprints. - Comfortable learning machine controls, equipment terminology, and safety procedures. - Basic computer skills and ability to enter production information into company systems. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. - Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Physical Requirements - Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. - Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required. - Ability to perform repetitive movements and operate production equipment safely. - Ability to work in a manufacturing environment while following all required PPE and safety guidelines.
