Il nostro team Services mette a disposizione le proprie competenze tecniche e commerciali per supportare i clienti diretti, i distributori e i rivenditori nella gestione dei loro clienti, risolvendo problemi tecnici, analizzando gli errori delle macchine, valutando i log delle stampanti e condividendo conoscenze tecniche.

Siamo alla ricerca di un/una Addetto/a al Servizio Clienti di talento e multilingue che supporti i nostri mercati in crescita nella regione EMEA. Se ami costruire relazioni professionali, offrire un servizio eccellente, condividere le tue conoscenze tecniche e utilizzare sia l’italiano sia l’inglese, vogliamo conoscerti!

Il ruolo:

- Supportare i nostri clienti diretti, distributori e rivenditori nella regione EMEA per richieste di natura tecnica e commerciale, tramite telefono, e-mail o chat
- Diventare un punto di riferimento per la formazione: formare i clienti diretti e i rivenditori sfruttando le tue competenze tecniche sulle stampanti Formlabs
- Aiutare i rivenditori a offrire un servizio eccellente ai propri clienti
- Collaborare con il nostro team globale di ingegneria per risolvere problematiche tecniche

Chi cerchiamo:

- Hai un’ottima padronanza dell’italiano e dell’inglese, sia scritto sia parlato (livello C1)
- Sai risolvere rapidamente i problemi tecnici — non preoccuparti, ti forniremo tutta la formazione tecnica di cui hai bisogno
- Ti piace entrare in contatto con le persone e sei un/una ottimo/a ascoltatore/ascoltatrice
- Ti senti a tuo agio al telefono e comunichi in modo professionale e attento
- Hai eccellenti capacità di scrittura e presti attenzione all’ortografia e alla grammatica

Competenze aggiuntive:

- Passione per la stampa 3D e le tecnologie emergenti
