Admissions & Departmental Support - Collaborate with the Associate Director of Recruitment and Director of Admissions regarding recruitment and outreach practices and strategy. - Support application, enrollment, yield, and prospective-student engagement initiatives during peak periods and as needed. - Provide feedback from students, counselors, families, and schools to inform recruitment strategy and institutional communications. - Track recruitment activity and contribute to regular assessment of outreach efforts. ## Qualifications Required - Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. - Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. - Willingness and ability to travel extensively—both locally and nationally—including frequent overnight travel and occasional evening or weekend commitments. - Ability to represent the University professionally and thoughtfully in a wide range of settings and tailor messaging to different audiences. - Strong relationship-building skills and a demonstrated ability to establish rapport with students, families, educators, and colleagues. - Proficiency with standard office and communication technologies and the ability to learn admissions and CRM systems. - Valid driver's license and ability to travel independently. ## Preferred - Experience in college admissions, enrollment management, independent and/or secondary-school education, college counseling, or a related field. - Experience working with schools or educational communities whose missions emphasize academic excellence, classical or liberal education, STEM, entrepreneurship, innovation, technology, or related areas. - Experience in STEM, entrepreneurship, innovation, or technology is especially valuable. - Experience planning or executing educational programs, conferences, or student events.
