Wir suchen eine:n Ingenieur:in, der/die Materialauswahl, Prozessdefinition und Produktionsfreigabe als eigenständige Engineering-Disziplin versteht und sicher an der Schnittstelle zwischen starren Strukturen und weichen bzw. elektrisch aktiven Materialien arbeitet. ## DEINE MISSION & HERAUSFORDERUNGEN - Du definierst und pflegst den Materialauswahl-Framework für Humanoid-Programme – inklusive struktureller, flexibler, leitfähiger und Verbundmaterialien - Du spezifizierst weiche und hybride Materialien für „Skin“, Kontaktflächen und tragbare Baugruppen (Wearables) – inkl. mechanischer Eigenschaften, Haltbarkeit und Haftung auf festen Substraten - Du entwickelst und dokumentierst Fertigungsprozesse für weiche Baugruppen: Gießen, Kleben, Laminieren, Nähen und Vergießen/Encapsulation - Du erstellst technische Prozessdokumentationen, Arbeitsanweisungen und Erstbemusterungskriterien auf Engineering-Niveau, geeignet für externe Fertigungspartner - Du übernimmst die Qualifizierung von Lieferanten für weiche Materialien, Textilien und zugehörige Verbrauchsmaterialien - Du evaluierst und spezifizierst leitfähige Textilien und eingewebte elektronische Materialien (inkl.
