## ABOUT THE TEAM & MISSION

Advanced Quality Engineer (신차 품질 보증)는 42dot SW 제품의 개발 품질 및 신차 품질을 확보하는 역할입니다. 개발 단계에서 고객 관점의 품질 활동(APQP)을 수행하고, 과거 품질 이슈 및 고객 클레임을 분석하여 사전 예방 활동을 추진합니다. 또한 현대자동차 신차품질 조직과 협업하며 양산 품질 확보, App Market 및 AI 서비스 품질 운영을 통해 고객에게 안정적인 Software 품질을 제공합니다

## RESPONSIBILITIES

- 개발 품질(APQP) 수행
- 신차 개발 프로세스에 따라 단계별 품질 활동(APQP)을 수행합니다.
- 개발 단계별 품질 Gate 및 주요 산출물을 검토하여 고객 요구사항 충족 여부를 확인합니다.
- OEM 품질 대응
- 현대자동차 신차품질 조직의 협업 조직으로서 고객 품질 요구사항을 분석하고 대응합니다.
- 품질 협의체, 품질 Review 및 고객 품질 미팅에 참여하여 품질 현황을 공유합니다.
- SW 품질 이슈 예방 및 개선
- 과거 프로젝트의 클레임 및 품질 이슈를 분석하여 유사 문제의 재발을 예방합니다.
- 개발 단계에서 잠재적인 품질 Risk를 도출하고 예방 활동을 수행합니다.
- 양산 초기 품질 대응
- 양산 초기 발생하는 Software 품질 이슈를 분석하고 해결 활동을 지원합니다.
- 개발 조직과 협업하여 Root Cause Analysis 및 개선 활동을 수행합니다.
- AI 서비스 품질 관리
- 음성인식, LLM, Agent 기반 서비스의 품질 KPI 운영 및 품질 평가를 수행합니다.
- AI 응답 정확도, 응답시간, 성공률 및 사용자 경험을 분석하고 개선 활동을 수행합니다.
- IVI 품질 관리
- IVI(In-Vehicle Infotainment) 시스템의 품질 보증 업무를 수행합니다.
- 디자인, 개발, 검증 및 기획 조직과 협업하여 품질 이슈를 분석하고 개선 활동을 수행합니다.

## QUALIFICATIONS

- 자동차 산업 품질보증, 개발 품질, 고객 품질 또는 양산 품질 업무 경력 3년 이상 보유하신 분
- OEM 또는 Tier 1/Tier 2 품질 대응 경험을 보유하신 분
- 개발 단계 품질 활동(APQP) 또는 신차 개발 프로세스 수행 경험을 보유하신 분
- 자동차 및 전장 시스템에 대한 이해를 보유하신 분
- SW 개발 라이프사이클(SDLC), SW 품질보증 및 개발 프로세스 기반의 품질 관리 경험을 보유하신 분
- SW 품질 지표, Defect Management 관리 경험을 보유하신 분
- 고객 품질 요구사항 분석 및 품질 Issue 대응 경험을 보유하신 분
- 다양한 유관 부서와 협업하며 문제를 해결할 수 있는 커뮤니케이션 역량을 보유하신 분
