## Job description

Entreprise : Fleetch Secteur : Transport, mobilité et gestion de flotte automobile Lieu : Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire Contrat : CDD ou stage en fonction de l’ancienneté Disponibilité : Immédiate À propos de Fleetch Fleetch accompagne les chauffeurs professionnels VTC et assure la gestion de flotte automobile. Nous recherchons un(e) agent(e) rigoureux(se) et organisé(e) pour soutenir l’assignation des chauffeurs, le traitement des contrats et la fiabilité des données administratives. Votre rôle Vous intervenez principalement dans le traitement administratif et l’assignation des nouveaux chauffeurs : vous préparez et suivez les contrats, intégrez les informations dans les outils de l’entreprise et assurez le passage de relais aux équipes opérationnelles lorsque le chauffeur prend possession de son véhicule. Principales responsabilités Vérifier et intégrer avec précision les informations et documents des chauffeurs. Contribuer à la vérification de la conformité des papiers et du compte Yango, selon les procédures de FLEETCH CI. Préparer les contrats des chauffeurs, expliquer aux chauffeurs les étapes administratives et en assurer le suivi jusqu’à leur signature. Vérifier l’exactitude des informations saisies et signaler les erreurs ou les documents manquants. Assurer la transmission complète du dossier à l’équipe des opérations (OPS) lorsque le chauffeur prend possession de son véhicule. Travailler en coordination avec les équipes Acquisition et OPS afin de garantir un suivi clair à toutes les étapes de l’assignation. Profil recherché Grande rigueur et attention particulière à l’exactitude des données. Sens des responsabilités et capacité à assurer le suivi complet de ses tâches. Bonne organisation et respect des procédures et des échéances. Connaissances de base en informatique et aisance avec les outils bureautiques ou les logiciels de gestion. Capacité à apprendre rapidement de nouveaux outils. Une bonne communication et échange avec les différents interlocuteurs. Expérience en administration, gestion de dossiers, recrutement ou coordination de chauffeurs. Conditions Poste basé à Abidjan, au bureau Fleetch (Cocody Riviera) Rémunération selon profil Démarrage : dès que possible Qu'est-ce qui t'attend ?
