Fleetch est une filiale du groupe H, acteur majeur de la mobilité urbaine en Afrique. Fleetch possède une flotte de plusieurs centaines de véhicules opérés en VTC par des chauffeurs en location ou en Drive to Own (travaillé-payé). Nous possédons des véhicules Suzuki et une cinquantaine de véhicules électriques.

Contexte

Fleetch crée à Abidjan un Centre de Contrôle et d'Opérations. Sa mission : suivre en temps réel les balises GPS de la flotte, faire respecter les règles de circulation (zone autorisée, kilométrage, vitesse), bloquer les véhicules quand c'est nécessaire et les récupérer rapidement sur le terrain.

Ton rôle

Rattaché au Responsable du Centre de Contrôle, tu interviens sur le terrain, à moto et en binôme, pour récupérer les véhicules de la flotte et les ramener au parc.

Tes missions

- Te rendre rapidement à la position indiquée par le centre de contrôle.

- Constater la situation : photos, état du véhicule, échange avec le chauffeur.

- Sécuriser le véhicule : le blocage est déclenché par le centre, uniquement à l'arrêt.

- Ramener le véhicule au parc : un agent conduit la voiture, l'autre suit à moto.

- Rendre compte au centre à chaque étape de l'intervention.

- Assurer les astreintes terrain par rotation (soirs et dimanches).

Profil recherché

- Permis B et permis moto obligatoires, en cours de validité

- Très bonne connaissance d'Abidjan et de ses communes

- Expérience en livraison, convoyage, sécurité ou conduite professionnelle appréciée

- Calme, sang-froid et sens du contact

- Honnête, ponctuel, bonne présentation

- Disponible en horaires décalés et en astreinte

Conditions

- Poste basé à Abidjan, au bureau Fleetch (Cocody Riviera)
