## Job description

Praktikum – AI Associate Insurance

Barcelona |  3-6 Monate |  Start: ASAP

Über Afori Afori ist ein AI-first Startup, das Versicherungsmaklern erlaubt bestmöglichen Service at scale anzubieten. Wir entwickeln spezialisierte KI-Agenten, die Versicherungsprozesse verstehen und Backoffice-Arbeit automatisieren, beginnend mit dem am höchsten frequentiertem Tool im Alltag der Makler: dem E-Mail-Postfach. Unterstützt durch eine €4 Mio. Seed-Finanzierung (12× überzeichnet) von General Catalyst sowie namhaften Angel-Investoren und gegründet von einem erfahrenen Team (zuvor Aufbau des Insurtech-Unicorns wefox), bauen wir bei Afori die nächste Generation agentischer KI für die Versicherungsbranche.

Deine Mission Als Praktikant:in – AI Associate Insurance hilfst du dabei, unsere KI-Agenten „versicherungsfit“ zu machen. Du arbeitest direkt an der APDB (Afori Proprietary Database), dem Wissens- und Datenfundament unserer KI. Deine Arbeit sorgt dafür, dass Afori Versicherungsprozesse, -produkte und -regeln wirklich versteht und korrekt anwenden kann. Das Praktikum ist praxisnah und liegt an der Schnittstelle von Versicherung, Daten und KI.

Deine Aufgaben

- Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung einer KI-Wissensdatenbank mit hochwertigem Versicherungs-Know-how
- Aktive Mitarbeit an der Gestaltung unserer KI-Roadmap, insbesondere bei der strukturierten Anreicherung von Versicherungswissen und der intelligenten Verknüpfung relevanter Datenquellen
- Konzeption von Ansätzen, wie KI-Ergebnisse sinnvoll in unser Produkt integriert und für Versicherungsmakler nutzbar gemacht werden können
- Erstellung und Pflege von Datensets zur Optimierung unserer KI-Agenten
- Definition von Regeln, Logiken und Prozessen, die agentische KI-Workflows für einen Versicherungsmakler steuern

Was du mitbringen solltest

- Starkes Interesse an Versicherung, KI, Daten oder Automatisierung. Bestenfalls Vorwissen im Versicherungsumfeld (Studium, Ausbildung, Praktika)
- Sehr strukturierte, sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
- Fähigkeit, komplexe Inhalte verständlich und logisch aufzubereiten
- Neugier und Lernbereitschaft
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (Inhalte sind überwiegend auf Deutsch)
- Englisch für interne Kommunikation
