役割・ミッション

Citadel AI の事業拡大をリードするAI ソリューション・コンサルタントとして、大手企業を中心とするユーザーと対面し、 急速に進化する生成AIのリスク（ハルシネーション、セキュリティ、バイアス等）に対し、顧客自身もまだ気づいていない課題を整理・構造化した上で、AIシステムを最大限有効に活用するための最適解を導き出すコンサルティングワークが求められます。

当社は「少数精鋭でスピード感のあるチーム」であり、世界トップクラスのエンジニアリングチームと密に連携し、顧客の声をダイレクトに製品ロードマップへ反映させることで、プロダクトの進化にも深く関与できるポジションです。

具体的な業務内容

- 大手企業（金融・製造・医療など）のAI推進部門に対する課題ヒアリングとソリューション提案
- PoCの設計とプロジェクトマネジメント
- プロダクト導入・運用ワークフローの設計
- エンジニアリングチームへのユーザーのニーズ・課題のフィードバック
- 商用契約にかかわる提案書の作成　など

必須スキル・経験（MUST）

- コンサルティング会社、システムインテグレータ、AIスタートアップ等での2年以上の勤務経験
- 大手企業の複雑な課題を整理・構造化し、日本語で分かりやすく伝えるコミュニケーション能力
- AI/IT分野における技術的な基礎知識（エンジニアと円滑に議論できるレベル）
