Legal & Compliance Team은 연구원의 핵심 기술이 안전하고 신뢰 가능하게 사업화될 수 있도록 법적기준을 설계하고, 나아가 이 전문성 자체를 EXAONE Nexus와 같은 AI 컴플라이언스 솔루션으로 시장에 제공하는 조직입니다.

EXAONE Nexus는 AI 학습데이터의 라이선스·저작권·개인정보 리스크를 전 주기에 걸쳐 추적하고 정량 평가하는 Agent AI입니다. 국내외 기업·기관이 직면한 AI 학습데이터 컴플라이언스 문제를 고객·파트너사와 함께 정의하고, 면밀한 사업성 검토를 통해 실질적인 가치를 창출하는 사업을 기획 및 실행합니다.

수행 업무

[EXAONE Nexus 사업기회 발굴 및 Account 전략 수립]

1. EXAONE Nexus 사업 제안 및 수주

- 국내외 기업 및 정부·공공 고객 대상 제안, 입찰, 계약 협상 대응
- 제안 전략 수립, 제안서 구조 설계, 기술·가격·수행계획 조율
- 라이선스/구독 모델, 가격 정책, 계약 조건(SLA, 데이터 처리 범위, 책임·면책 조항) 설계 및 협상
- 사업 수주를 위한 파트너 역할 분담, 컨소시엄 구성

1. EXAONE Nexus 사업 기획 및 수행

- 기업 법무/컴플라이언스 조직, AI·데이터 조직, 오픈소스 컴플라이언스 조직, 공공기관, 금융·제조·플랫폼 기업 대상 AI 데이터 컴플라이언스 사업기회 발굴
- AI 학습데이터 라이선스 리스크, 저작권·개인정보 이슈, AI 기본법 및 EU AI Act 등 글로벌 AI 규제 대응 등 Use Case 발굴 및 기획
- 사업기획서, Use Case 시나리오, 컨퍼런스/세미나 발표자료 작성 및 발표
- 고객 온보딩·이행부터 주요 고객 관리, 사업·법적 리스크 관리까지 사업 전반의 수행 총괄

필수 지원자격

- 국내/외 변호사 자격을 보유하신 분
- Legal Tech또는 관련 사업 기획·수행 경험을 보유하신 분
- 영어로 글로벌 고객·파트너와 원활하게 커뮤니케이션 및 계약 협상이 가능하신 분

우대사항

- 오픈소스 컴플라이언스, Legal Tech 분야 또는 관련 사업 기획·수행 경험을 보유하신 분
