## Job description

■職種概要 製造・物流領域において、AIを徹底活用した効果創出を担うポジションです。

■部署役割 単なるエンジニアリングや設備導入にとどまらず、顧客のビジネス最上流にある課題解決や構想策定から伴走することを目的に立ち上がったコンサルティング事業部。

現在では、自動化戦略といった上流フェーズに加え、経営戦略レベルにおいてもMujin Japanが本格的に参画しています。

さらに現状の製造・物流に特化したビジネス/業務設計に加えて、工場/倉庫内のIT＆AI活用領域までのサービス提供を検討中。事業拡大に向けた新たなサービス開発をお任せできる方を募集いたします。

業務内容

- 製造・物流現場の現行業務調査と課題導出（工場では生産技術/品質/製造・保全などの領域）
- 効率化や自動化に向けた業務要件の設計（AI活用方針やソリューション方針なども含む）
- 業務要件を受けたAIプロトタイプ開発（クライアント要望に応じたソリューションを活用したスピード感もった開発PoC）
- AIプロトタイプの改善と本番適用

必須要件 ■以下のいずれかの経験

- LLM活用・実装経験（プロンプトエンジニアリング・RAG・オーケストレーションツール活用・API連携・フレームワークなどの理解）
- モデルの最適化・カスタマイズ経験（ファインチューニング・推論高速化・評価手法の設計、本番展開に向けたインフラ知識）
- Pythonの経験
- ハルシネーション・セキュリティ対策の経験

歓迎要件

- ビジネス/業務領域の経験
- データ基盤や大規模IT活用のPJ経験
