Essa posição envolve apoiar atividades de testes, documentação e melhoria contínua de agentes de inteligência artificial, aprendendo de perto como soluções de IA são projetadas e implementadas em um produto em produção. Buscamos alguém curioso, com vontade de aprender e capacidade de trabalhar de forma autônoma, meticulosa e organizada. O que você vai fazer: - Colaborar com o time de Produto na identificação de oportunidades de melhoria e casos de uso para os agentes. - Apoiar na configuração, nos testes e nos ajustes de agentes de IA utilizados em um dos produtos-chave da Toku. - Documentar processos, fluxos e aprendizados relacionados ao uso de agentes de IA. - Realizar testes e validações de qualidade para avaliar o comportamento dos agentes. - Apoiar nas tarefas administrativas e operacionais do time, conforme necessário. O que buscamos: ✔ Estudantes ou recém-formados em Engenharia de Software. ✔ Disponibilidade para trabalhar por 20horas durante 3 meses. ✔ Muita motivação para aprender, contribuir com ideias e participar da melhoria contínua de um produto de IA. ✔ Capacidade analítica e atenção aos detalhes para ouvir conversas, identificar oportunidades de melhoria e elaborar relatórios com feedback de qualidade. ✔Precisamos que você fale, além do português, inglês ou espanhol em nível intermediário (conversacional).
