## Job description

Jeden Tag kommen bei NeuraGym Unternehmensentscheider, potenzielle Founding Members, Investoren, Pressevertreter und Forschungspartner vorbei, um zum ersten Mal zu sehen, wie humanoide Roboter trainieren. Dieses Erlebnis – die Demo – ist oft genau der Moment, in dem aus Interesse echte Zusagen werden. Der Demo Coordinator sorgt dafür, dass genau diese Momente jedes Mal richtig gut laufen. Du bist die Verbindung zwischen unseren Besuchern und der Technologie, zwischen den Reiseplänen des Teams und ihrer Umsetzung und zwischen dem oft chaotischen Alltag eines schnell wachsenden Startups und einem Team, das sich auf das Wesentliche konzentrieren muss.

Deine Mission Du verantwortest den gesamten Ablauf der NeuraGym-Besucher-Erlebnisse – von Planung und Vorbereitung über die Durchführung bis hin zum Follow-up – und kümmerst dich gleichzeitig um Business-Reisen und operative Unterstützung für das Team, damit NeuraGym, PLA und AI reibungslos laufen.

Deine Aufgaben – Demo Management

- Planung, Terminierung und Koordination aller NeuraGym-Besuche (mehrere tägliche Demo-Slots in Riederich, München und zukünftigen Standorten)
- Aufbau und Pflege des Demo-Playbooks: standardisierte Besucherabläufe, Robotik-Demos, Q&A, Follow-up-Materialien
- Abstimmung mit Gym-Operatoren, Teleoperators und AI Engineers, damit Roboter und Demo-Setups immer ready sind
- Management der Besucherpipeline: Anfragen, Bestätigungen, Vorbereitungsmaterial, Empfang vor Ort und Nachbereitung
- Tracking von Demo-Kennzahlen (Besuch → Lead → Founding Member Gespräche) und wöchentliche Reports an Strategy & Growth
- Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Demo-Experience basierend auf Feedback und Conversion-Daten
- Organisation von Special Events wie Investor Days, Partner-Showcases, Pressebesuchen und Uni-Visits (z. B. TUM, ETH)

Deine Aufgaben – Travel & Team Operations

- Organisation aller Geschäftsreisen für NeuraGym-, PLA- und AI-Teams (Flüge, Hotels, Transport, Visa weltweit)
- Kalender- und Meeting-Organisation für Senior-Teammitglieder
- Unterstützung beim Onboarding neuer Teammitglieder an verschiedenen Standorten
- Verwaltung von Büro- und Gym-Operations (Material, Lieferanten, Facilities)
- Unterstützung bei Präsentationen, Briefings und Meeting-Unterlagen

Dein Profil

- 2–4 Jahre Erfahrung in Eventkoordination, Executive Assistance, Operations oder kundennahem B2B-Tech-Umfeld
- Sehr gut organisiert und in der Lage, viele Dinge parallel zu managen
- Freundliche, professionelle Kommunikation
- Erfahrung mit Travel- und Kalender-Tools
- Proaktiv: du erkennst Probleme, bevor sie entstehen
- Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch; weitere Sprachen (Mandarin, Japanisch) sind ein Plus
