The ideal candidate will be a self-starter capable of operating independently, managing senior stakeholders, and translating business priorities into actionable product roadmaps. This role requires a hands-on Product Owner who can rapidly understand complex customer needs, define AI-driven products and features, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes. ## Key Responsibilities - Define and own the AI product vision, roadmap, and backlog. - Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering teams, data scientists, and UX teams to deliver AI-enabled customer solutions. - Identify high-value AI opportunities and translate them into prioritized product requirements. - Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirements for development teams. - Drive product discovery, experimentation, and validation using data-driven approaches. - Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, prioritization, and release planning activities. - Measure product success through KPIs, customer outcomes, and business value realization. - Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate progress effectively across business and technology teams. - Ensure delivery aligns with strategic objectives and customer experience goals.
