Buscamos una persona que sea el puente entre las soluciones de AI que construimos y los problemas de negocio reales de nuestros clientes. Este rol es responsable de entender el problema del cliente a fondo, identificar la mejor forma de resolverlo y acompañar todo el proceso hasta que la solución se adopte de forma efectiva y medible dentro de la operación del cliente.

No es un rol de ingeniería ni de gestión de equipos técnicos: es el rol que garantiza que la tecnología resuelva el problema correcto, de la forma correcta, para las personas correctas.

Responsabilidades

- Entender en profundidad el problema de negocio del cliente a través de entrevistas con usuarios y stakeholders, y del mapeo real de su flujo de trabajo.
- Liderar el proceso de discovery en cada cuenta asignada.
- Liderar la adaptación de soluciones de Monks  (o liderar nuevos desarrollos cuando sea necesario) para las necesidades descubiertas
- Desarrollar un prototipo inicial utilizando herramientas de AI, validarlo con usuarios reales y traducir los hallazgos en requerimientos claros para el equipo técnico.
- Revisar el avance del desarrollo junto al cliente, identificando y priorizando ajustes o mejoras a partir de feedback real.
- Liderar el entrenamiento de los equipos usuarios, acompañar el lanzamiento y coordinar la resolución de incidencias junto al equipo técnico.
- Documentar la adopción real de cada solución a través de casos de uso concretos, presentables al cliente.
- Identificar y elevar nuevas oportunidades de negocio que surjan dentro de la cuenta, colaborando con el leadership en su evaluación y priorización.
- Recopilar y priorizar ideas para futuras fases de cada solución.
- Comunicar avances, riesgos y trade-offs con claridad al leadership.

Requisitos

- Experiencia comprobable liderando procesos de discovery e investigación de usuarios, con foco en traducir problemas de negocio en soluciones concretas.
- Fluidez en el uso de herramientas de IA (Claude, ChatGPT u otras) para prototipado rápido. No se requiere experiencia en programación, pero sí un uso activo y cotidiano de estas herramientas como parte del flujo de trabajo.
- Experiencia liderando procesos de onboarding, capacitación o adopción de producto con clientes finales.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y manejo de relaciones con cliente: reuniones, presentaciones y gestión de expectativas.
- Capacidad de traducir necesidades de negocio en requerimientos claros y accionables para equipos de ingeniería.
- Español nativo o avanzado; inglés profesional avanzado.
- Valorado: experiencia previa en consultoría, agencias de marketing, o roles de solutions/customer success con componente técnico.
