< ポジション概要 >

営業がつかんだ顧客の課題に対して、Tektomが最大限の価値提供ができるようビジネス要件を整理し、ソリューションの具体を描くポジションです。 1人目のPMとしてご入社いただくこととなります。 顧客の課題を的確に把握し、TektomのAIプラットフォームの価値を最大限に引き出す役割を強化することで、効率的で効果的な設計環境の実現に貢献したいと考えています。 建築業界のDX推進に寄与する初の取り組みになる為、やったことがないことも自身で調べながら、ワクワク感をもって、「この取り組みが必ず役にたてる」というパッションと信念をもって 取り組んでいただける方を求めております。

< 主な業務内容 >

・営業チームと連携し、顧客の課題を分析し、Tektomを活用した最適なソリューションの具体を描く。 ・市場調査と競合分析を行い、Tektomの強みを活かせる領域を特定し、実行計画を策定。 ・顧客との定期的なミーティングを通じて要望や課題を把握し、解決の優先順位、As-Is/To-Be、予算感を握る。 ・顧客側の業務仕様を深く理解し、現場で使用する方が利用しやすくなるようカスタマイズの内容を策定 ・ビジネス要件を明確化し、開発チーム（多国籍のエンジニアで使用言語は英語）との橋渡しを行う。
