The role: AI Quality Operator Improve the quality of our AI agents by reviewing the output of their work. For example, for our phone-calling AI agents, you will:

- Review transcripts and recordings of their calls
- Understand issues that arose on those calls
- Label and document those issues
- Provide suggested guidance on how to improve going forward

Your efforts will contribute directly to the quality of our AI agents, and thus to our mission.
