As our AI Solutions Engineer, you will prototype, launch, and refine AI agents, copilots, intelligent automations, and internal tools, while helping define how CLEVR delivers AI, from the technologies we use to the delivery patterns we establish. You'll work alongside consultants, architects, and engineers while acting as a trusted advisor to customers. You'll help them identify AI opportunities, shape their AI roadmap, and translate business challenges into practical solutions that deliver measurable impact. Ready to take on the challenge? ## What you bring to the table - 2–6 years of experience building software, automations, or AI-powered applications in real-world environments. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, a builder mindset, and the ability to translate business challenges into technical solutions. Experience in a client-facing or consultancy role is highly valued. - Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and designing, building, and deploying AI solutions, including agents, copilots, and other real-world applications across client work, product teams, and personal projects. - Strong coding skills in TypeScript/JavaScript are a must, and Python is preferred. - Experience in Git and/or being able to set up pipelines in GitHub - Experience with TanStack, Convex, and terminal is a plus. - Experience integrating solutions through APIs, webhooks, and cloud platforms. - Familiarity with modern AI tools and frameworks such as Codex, Claude Code, and OpenCode, not only using the tools but also using tools to set up and maintain AI coding workflows.
