We’re [Fever](https://feverup.com/), the world’s leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment. Our mission? To democratize access to culture and entertainment. With our proprietary cutting-edge technology and data-driven approach, we’re revolutionizing the way people engage with live entertainment. Every month, our platform inspires over 300 million people in +55 countries (and counting) to discover unforgettable experiences while also empowering event creators with our data and technology, helping them scale, innovate, and enhance their events to reach new audiences. Our results? We’ve teamed up with major industry leaders like Netflix, F.C. Barcelona, and Primavera Sound, presented international award-winning experiences, and are backed by several leading global investors! Impressive, right? To achieve our mission, we are looking for bar-raisers with a hands-on mindset who are eager to help shape the future of entertainment! Ready to be part of the experience? Now, let’s discuss this role and what you will do to help achieve Fever’s mission. Behind the user-friendly iOS and Android apps and webpage that work across the world is the engineering team.  We are in charge of creating, developing, improving, and maintaining all Fever services so that more people can have an amazing experience. ## About the role AI is changing how Product Engineering teams operate, and we’re building the team that defines what that looks like at Fever. This is a software engineering role at its core. We’re looking for an outstanding Senior Software Engineer — someone who cares about code quality and not just getting things done, but getting them done right — who has built real AI and agent expertise on top of strong engineering fundamentals, and wants to ship it to production across the whole company. You’ll join the AI & DevEx area, and our mission is bigger than tooling: it’s the performance of Fever’s entire Product Engineering organization. The squad is our unit of work and our target — and a squad is far more than code. It’s product management, product design, and engineering, plus the entire environment around them: the CI/CD pipelines, the monitoring and observability that feed context, the infrastructure a squad’s product runs on, the data people gather and analyze, the way they communicate and coordinate. Almost everywhere in that chain — from a first idea to a shipped, validated feature — there’s something AI can make better, and that’s our mission. We raise the leverage of all of it, until it compounds across the whole org. Concretely, your scope spans two sides of the same coin: the agentic harness — the skills, sub-agents, evals, and verification that turn agents into shippable output — and the delivery substrate it runs on — dev environments, CI, the autonomous-delivery rails, and the telemetry that proves it works. You’ll build across this surface as a hands-on senior engineer, partnering with squads across the company. ## What you'll work on - The agentic harness. Build and improve the skills, sub-agents, guardrails, tools, and verification that make agents produce high-quality output — not just for engineering, but for the entire squad and org. - A knowledge base that compounds. Build the shared knowledge-base substrate these agents read from and write into — and grow it from team-level into something that compounds across the entire Fever organization. - The delivery substrate and its autonomous rails. Cloud dev environments, CI runtime, ephemeral environments on demand, and migration tooling — the road every engineer drives on — plus the rails that turn a request into an environment, an agent run, and a pull request with reviewable evidence. You own how fast it is and how reliably it works. - AI across a squad’s way of working. Look beyond coding agents to the whole operating reality of a squad — assistants for engineering leads, the tooling and workflows people work through, the way they plan, coordinate, and communicate — and find where AI removes the most friction. - Evaluation and measurement. Build the measurement substrate that lets every change land on signal, not vibes. Naked baselines, “ship only on a measured improvement,” and metrics that matter: lead time idea→production, DORA, real adoption. - Inference economics. Make AI-driven workflows fast and cost-bounded: model routing, prompt caching, and knowing when self-hosted open-source wins versus frontier models on the joint quality + cost frontier. - Adoption that’s real. Work directly with the squads we serve so the tools actually get used — and actually make people better, measured, not assumed. - Engineering excellence. Testing, design patterns, CI/CD, observability. Everything here ships as production software, so the people who build it set the bar for what good code looks like. ## About you - 5+ years building and operating production software at meaningful scale — you’ve owned systems end to end, not just shipped isolated features. - Strong software design fundamentals: good practices, testing, design patterns, clean architecture. You don’t just get things done; you get them done right. - Backend depth: RESTful APIs (implementation and consumption), relational databases and SQL, and the distributed and async / event-driven patterns (queues, messaging) behind high-traffic services. - End-to-end production ownership: CI/CD, observability and monitoring, infrastructure, and accountability for how your code behaves once it’s live. “Done” means healthy in production, not merged. - Proficient in business English. - At least the last 1–2 years deep in LLM applications shipped to production, not just prototyped — with a working command of the modern toolkit: context engineering, RAG, multi-agent systems and orchestration, and evals. - You build with agents, you don’t just use them. You’ve authored skills, sub-agents, evals, and verification harnesses yourself — and you can show us something real you built with agents and walk us through how you did it. - You think in measurements: baselines, before/after comparisons, and killing experiments that don’t move the needle. Bonus Points - Public artefacts on agent harnesses, AI evaluation, developer experience, or AI-era engineering tooling — open source, talks, blog posts, papers. - Experience building internal tools or developer platforms, where other engineers are your users. - Comfort operating with ambiguity at startup speed — small teams, no playbook, decisions you can’t outsource. ## Benefits & Perks - Attractive compensation package consisting of base salary and the potential to earn a significant bonus for top performance. - Stock options. - Opportunity to have a real impact in a high-growth global category leader - 40% discount on all Fever events and experiences - Home office friendly - Responsibility from day one and professional and personal growth - Great work environment with a young, international team of talented people to work with! - Health insurance and other benefits such as Flexible remuneration with a 100% tax exemption through Cobee. - English Lessons - We have free food, drink and fruit at the office! - Possibility to receive in advance part of your salary by Payflow.
