If you have 1-3 years of experience coding, excellent mental arithmetic and analytical skills, and a genuine interest in learning algorithmic and quantitative trading you might be a good candidate for this role. Having trading knowledge or experience isn’t required for the role, but a genuine interest in learning algorithmic, high-frequency, and quantitative trading is helpful. ## Responsibilities - Trade a wide range of financial instruments. - Develop, maintain and improve trading strategies and algorithms.
