Deine Aufgaben – contra boring, PRO YOU

Als AMS Delivery Manager bist Du die zentrale Verbindung zwischen unseren Kunden und den internen Proalpha-Teams. Du steuerst Serviceprozesse, koordinierst Ressourcen und sorgst dafür, dass Anfragen verlässlich, schnell und kundennah bearbeitet werden.

- Betreuung: Als zentraler Ansprechpartner begleitest Du unsere Kunden im Tagesgeschäft rund um Proalpha und sorgst für klare Kommunikation, verbindliche Nachverfolgung und stabile Beziehungen.
- Steuerung: Du koordinierst Service Requests, überwachst Reaktionszeiten, Bearbeitungsstände und Ressourcen und hältst die vereinbarten Leistungen im Blick.
- Zusammenarbeit: Im Austausch mit Anwendern, Key Usern, IT-Verantwortlichen und internen Fachbereichen stimmst Du Anforderungen, Prioritäten und nächste Schritte ab.
- Optimierung: Durch die Analyse der Proalpha-Nutzung erkennst Du Ausbaupotenziale und initiierst gemeinsam mit unseren Experten passende Maßnahmen, Services und Projekte zur nachhaltigen Steigerung des Kundennutzens.
- Kundenstrategie: Du erkennst Risiken und Entwicklungspotenziale frühzeitig und entwickelst mit Kunden und internen Experten die Systemlandschaft und Serviceorganisation weiter.

Dein Profil – contra 08/15, PRO YOU

- Ausbildung: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im IT- oder betriebswirtschaftlichen Umfeld
- Berufserfahrung: Umfassende Erfahrung in der ERP-Beratung oder Betreuung von ERP-, MES- oder komplexen IT-Systemen
- Fachkenntnisse: Tiefes Prozessverständnis für den produzierenden Mittelstand sowie Methodenkompetenz in Projektmanagement, Präsentation und Moderation
- Persönlichkeit: Kommunikationsstärke, Serviceorientierung, Problemlösungskompetenz sowie eigenständige, hands-on-geprägte Arbeitsweise
- Sprachkenntnisse: Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse für die Kommunikation in einem internationalen Umfeld
