## Job description

Bij AE draait alles om het bouwen van slimme bruggen tussen business en technologie — en die bruggen zien er vandaag anders uit dan vijf jaar geleden. We zijn op zoek naar een functioneel analist die complexe vraagstukken ontleedt, vertaalt naar schaalbare oplossingen en daarbij bewust gebruik maakt van wat AI te bieden heeft. Met jouw kritische blik en analytisch vermogen maak je een tastbaar verschil in de digitale transformatie van onze klanten.

Wat is je focus?

- Je vormt de brug tussen de business en het technische team en brengt processen in kaart die je vertaalt naar schaalbare en effectieve softwareoplossingen.
- Je bouwt snel inzicht in de noden van de klant en denkt hierbij verder dan de vraag van de klant en biedt vernieuwende, duurzame oplossingen aan.
- Je faciliteert workshops en creëert visuele modellen zoals processflows en informatiemodellen.
- Je helpt de klant om hun analyseaanpak te optimaliseren en naar een hoger niveau te tillen.
- Je kan voor verschillende doeleinden een goede analyse maken: het verbeteren van business processen, het bouwen van software oplossingen, het maken van goede integraties, …
- Je bent nieuwsgierig naar wat AI allemaal te bieden heeft en hoe dit je manier van analyses efficiënter maakt en je experimenteert hiermee.

Wie ben jij?

- Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als analist in een agile omgeving.
- Het is voor jou vanzelfsprekend om met modellen te werken (zoals UML, BPMN, …) en zaken visueel voor te stellen, zowel naar de business als naar het technische team.
- Uitstekende communicator die makkelijk schakelt tussen verschillende stakeholders en daarbij het taalgebruik en abstractieniveau afstemt op de doelgroep.
- Het aanbrengen van structuur in complexiteit gaat jou goed af, met oog voor zowel detail als het grotere geheel.
- AI slim inzetten in je dagdagelijkse activiteiten is iets waar jij mee bezig bent.
- Taalvaardig: Nederlands is onze voertaal en jij beheerst deze zowel mondeling als schriftelijk perfect.
