Buscamos um(a) profissional para liderar a arquitetura, ingestão e inteligência de dados do nosso ecossistema de Martech. Você será responsável por conectar o Salesforce Data Cloud e o Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) a sistemas legados e plataformas de negócio, garantindo perfis unificados, inteligência de dados e ativação de campanhas de alta performance.

Principais Responsabilidades e Atividades

- Arquitetura & Data Cloud: Implementar e evoluir soluções na plataforma Salesforce Data Cloud, liderando a modelagem de dados, ingestão, criação de perfis unificados (Identity Resolution) e ativação de segmentos estratégicos.
- Integrações & Engenharia de Dados: Desenvolver e manter integrações robustas entre SFMC, Data Cloud e sistemas legados/plataformas internas via APIs (REST/SOAP) e pipelines de ETL/ELT.
- Conexão com o Negócio: Colaborar ativamente com os times de CRM, Analytics e Negócio para alinhar a estrutura de dados às estratégias de marketing, personalização e jornada do cliente.
- Governança & Qualidade: Liderar refinamentos técnicos, documentação arquitetural e garantir a aplicação de boas práticas de governança, escalabilidade e segurança da informação.

Requisitos e Qualificações (Obrigatórios)

- Experiência comprovada em Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) e Salesforce Data Cloud (com foco em arquitetura de dados e integração).
- Conhecimento prático na construção e consumo de APIs e ferramentas/processos de ETL/ELT.
- Domínio em modelagem de dados para Martech e visão unificada do cliente (CDP/Data Cloud).

Habilidades Comportamentais (Soft Skills)

- Ownership e Proatividade: Forte senso de dono para liderar soluções e resolver problemas complexos de ponta a ponta com autonomia.
- Perfil Híbrido (Arquitetura + Execução): Habilidade para transitar facilmente entre o planejamento arquitetural de alto nível e a execução técnica hands-on.
- Comunicação Multidisciplinar: Capacidade de traduzir conceitos técnicos complexos para perfis de negócio e vice-versa.
- Visão de Mercado e Privacidade: Estar constantemente atualizado(a) com tendências de dados, ecossistema Martech e legislações de privacidade de dados (LGPD/GDPR).

Diferenciais (Desejável)

- Certificações Salesforce (ex: Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Consultant/Developer ou Integration Architect).
- Domínio de SQL avançado, AMPscript, SSJS ou linguagens de consulta no ecossistema Salesforce.
- Experiência prévia em ambientes de grande volume de dados ou projetos de transformação digital em CRM.
