Overview:

- Profesional encargado de procesar y gestionar las compensaciones de los empleados.

Responsibilities:

- Captura de incidencias y elaboración de nómina semanal
- Recepción y validación de incidencias para aplicar prenómina
- Elaboración de solicitudes y layout para pago de nómina
- Control y registro de solicitud de vacaciones
- Registro, control y envío de altas, bajas y movimientos afiliatorios en SUA e IDSE
- Cálculo de finiquitos y entrega de cheques
- Generación de pago Fonacot, ISN
- Timbrado de nómina y finiquitos semanal.
- Atención al personal.

Qualifications:

- Conocimiento en sistemas de nóminas.
- Buen manejo del Sistema IDSE, Recaudanet, Fonacot, office
- Conocimientos solidos en ley federal del trabajo y Ley del Seguro social.
- Trato directo con personal sindicalizado.

Education

- Lic. En Administración, contabilidad.
