Intervenant aux dernières étapes du processus de diligence raisonnable KYC et travaillant en étroite collaboration avec l’ensemble des parties prenantes du processus de diligence raisonnable KYC, notamment les responsables des données, les contrôleurs des données, les analystes de filtrage, les enquêteurs, les équipes de conformité et les gestionnaires de relations, l’Analyste KYC est responsable de s’assurer que les vérifications diligentes effectuées sur les nouveaux clients ou les clients existants sont conformes aux exigences réglementaires ainsi qu’aux politiques et directives internes.

Responsabilités

Dans le cadre d’une analyse fondée sur les faits, les principales responsabilités de l’Analyste KYC comprennent :

- S’assurer que l’ensemble des données, documents et renseignements recueillis dans le cadre du processus de diligence raisonnable sont conformes et fiables afin de déterminer le niveau de risque final associé à la relation client.
- S’assurer que le niveau de diligence raisonnable effectué correspond au niveau de risque final associé à la relation client.
- S’assurer que les exigences réglementaires locales applicables au dossier KYC ont été respectées.
- S’assurer que les éléments déclencheurs liés aux risques de criminalité financière sont soumis aux équipes de conformité pour avis, lorsque requis.
- Préparer une note de synthèse documentant et justifiant l’analyse KYC effectuée.
- S’assurer que le dossier est soumis au gestionnaire de relations pour approbation finale.
- Collaborer avec les responsables de l’assurance qualité et les chefs d’équipe afin d’améliorer la qualité des contrôles à quatre yeux.
- Organiser le comité d’acceptation des clients (CAC), lorsque requis.

## Qualifications

- Baccalauréat dans un domaine pertinent.
- Souci du détail, rigueur, fiabilité, autonomie, capacité à travailler sous pression, respect des échéances et bonnes aptitudes en communication.
- Une connaissance des processus de diligence raisonnable fondés sur le risque constitue un atout.
- Excellentes aptitudes en communication écrite et verbale.
- Expérience ou connaissances en gestion de projet.
- Maîtrise des outils analytiques, notamment MS Excel et Power BI.

Job Description:

Intervening at the final stages of the KYC due diligence process and working in close coordination with all stakeholders part of the KYC Due Diligence process (including Data Officers; Data Controllers; Screeners; Investigators; Compliance; and Relationship Managers), Senior KYC officer is responsible for ensuring that due diligence on new or existing clients has been conducted in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies/guidelines.

Responsibilities Include:

Performing a factual-based analysis, the  KYC Analyst’s key responsibilities include:

- Ensuring that all data, documents and information collected as part of the Due Diligence process are compliant and reliable to determine the final risk level of the client relationship
- Ensuring that the level of due diligence performed is in accordance with the final risk level of the client relationship
- Ensuring that local regulatory requirements pertaining to the KYC case has been fulfilled
- Ensuring that financial security risk triggers are appropriately consulted with Compliance for opinion
- Preparing a memo substantiating the KYC analysis review
- Ensuring that the file is submitted for Relationship Manager’s final sign-off
- Working with QA officers and team leads to ensure about improving the 4-eye checks’ quality
- Organizing the Client Acceptance Committee (CAC) as appropriate

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- Attention to details, accuracy, reliability, initiative, working under pressure, respecting deadlines and good communication skills.
- Knowledge of risk based due diligence is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Project Management
- Analytical Tools: MS Excel and Power BI
