Working alongside fellow Analytics Engineers and Data Analysts, you'll partner with teams across the business - from Finance and Operations to Product, Tech, and beyond - to turn business needs into reliable, well-modelled data. You'll own the technical backbone that makes data trustworthy and accessible, ensuring our data infrastructure keeps pace with an ambitious and fast-moving organization. ## What You'll Do - Build and scale data pipelines: Design and develop scalable data pipelines, from scoping through delivery - Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with stakeholders across the business to define data requirements and translate them into technical solutions - Build reliable reporting infrastructure: Create performant, well-tested data models that power internal reporting, self-serve analytics, and decision-making - Design scalable data models: Apply modelling frameworks (one big table, entity tables, event streams, Kimball) tailored to the use case - Optimize and monitor: Maintain pipeline health, optimize query performance, and implement data quality monitoring - Enable the team: Document solutions, establish best practices, and help upskill fellow Analytics Engineers and Analysts - Integrate cross-functional data: Work across domain boundaries to unify data into cohesive, reusable reporting structures ## Who You Are - 3+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or similar data roles - DBT expertise: Comfortable with complex DBT projects and various materializations (incremental, table, view, etc.), snapshots, variables, macros, and Jinja - SQL skills: Query optimization and performance tuning - Modern data stack: DBT Core and/or DBT Cloud, Git. A plus if experience with Redshift. - Collaborative: You work well alongside analysts, PMs, and engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions - Clear communicator: You adapt communication to different audiences and connect technical work to business outcomes - Takes initiative: You identify opportunities for improvement and act without waiting to be asked - AI-curious: Experience or interest in leveraging AI tools for development workflows. Ce que vous ferez - Concevoir et faire évoluer des pipelines de données : Concevoir et développer des pipelines de données évolutifs, de la définition de la portée jusqu’à la livraison. - Collaborer avec différentes équipes : Travailler avec les parties prenantes de l’ensemble de l’entreprise afin de définir les exigences en matière de données et de les traduire en solutions techniques. - Créer une infrastructure de production de rapports fiable : Concevoir des modèles de données performants et rigoureusement testés qui soutiennent la production de rapports internes, l’analytique libre-service et la prise de décision. - Concevoir des modèles de données évolutifs : Appliquer des cadres de modélisation adaptés aux différents cas d’utilisation, notamment les tables uniques consolidées (« one big table »), les tables d’entités, les flux d’événements et la méthode Kimball. - Optimiser et surveiller : Maintenir la fiabilité des pipelines, optimiser la performance des requêtes et mettre en place des mécanismes de suivi de la qualité des données. - Faire progresser l’équipe : Documenter les solutions, établir des pratiques exemplaires et contribuer au développement des compétences des autres membres de l’équipe d’ingénierie analytique et d’analyse de données. - Intégrer des données provenant de différentes fonctions : Travailler au-delà des frontières entre les domaines afin de réunir les données dans des structures de production de rapports cohérentes et réutilisables. Votre profil - Plus de 3 ans d’expérience en ingénierie analytique, en ingénierie de données ou dans un rôle similaire lié aux données. - Expertise en dbt : Vous êtes à l’aise avec les projets dbt complexes, les différents types de matérialisation (incrémentielle, table, vue, etc.), les instantanés, les variables, les macros et Jinja. - Compétences en SQL : Vous possédez de l’expérience en optimisation des requêtes et en amélioration de la performance. - Maîtrise des outils modernes de gestion des données : Vous avez de l’expérience avec dbt Core ou dbt Cloud, ainsi qu’avec Git.
