Animateur de gameplay senior

Notre équipe s'agrandit, et nous recherchons un animateur senior de gameplay très motivé, talentueux et expérimenté pour nous aider à jeter les bases de notre projet original sous Unreal 5. La personne que nous recherchons sera chargée de créer des animations de personnages et de créatures de niveau AAA, à la pointe de l'industrie, et contribuera à établir de nouvelles références artistiques !

Vous serez chargé de créer des ressources d'animation de haute qualité, qu'il s'agisse d'animations par images clés ou issues de la capture de mouvement, tout en supervisant l'intégration et la maintenance de ces animations au sein du jeu. De plus, vous devrez maîtriser le pipeline d'animation et ses processus, de la phase conceptuelle à la mise en œuvre, et proposer des idées pour contribuer à son amélioration. Les animateurs de gameplay de notre studio sont amenés à travailler en étroite collaboration avec les concepteurs de jeu, les programmeurs et les techniciens d'animation.

Responsabilités :

- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le directeur de l'animation, les concepteurs de jeux, les programmeurs et les techniciens d'animation afin de créer des ressources d'animation stylisées de haute qualité qui soutiennent et enrichissent le gameplay
- Assister le directeur de l'animation dans la définition et la concrétisation de sa vision créative
- Vous serez en charge de la production, de l'intégration et de la maintenance des animations, et proposerez des solutions innovantes pour améliorer les systèmes d'animation dans Unreal 5
- Vous documenterez et partagerez vos connaissances régulièrement et librement avec les autres membres de l'équipe
- Vous serez un modèle, animé par la volonté d'aider les autres à réussir avec une attitude positive

Qualifications :

- Au moins 7 ans d'expérience avérée en animation 3D
- Excellente maîtrise de Motion Builder et/ou Maya
- Excellente connaissance des principes d'animation et solides compétences en animation par images clés
- Expérience dans l'animation réaliste et stylisée de personnages bipèdes/quadrupèdes et d'autres formes organiques et inorganiques
- Connaissance du montage de données de capture de mouvement
- Solides compétences en résolution de problèmes
- Expérience dans la création d'animations pour des moteurs de jeux en temps réel, avec une solide compréhension des contraintes techniques et des techniques d'optimisation
- Proactivité avérée dans la prise d'initiatives et la conduite de projets
- Créativité exceptionnelle et très fort engagement envers un projet
- Capacité à encadrer des animateurs de niveau intermédiaire et junior
- Capacité à collaborer efficacement et excellentes compétences en communication
- Une expérience en matière de gameplay et de combat est préférable

Senior Gameplay Animator

Our team is growing, and we are looking for a highly motivated, talented and experienced Senior Gameplay Animator to help us lay the groundwork for our original Unreal5 project. The person we are looking for will create industry leading AAA characters/creature’s animations and help set artistic benchmark!

You will be responsible for the creation of high-quality key-frame and mocap animation assets, while also overseeing the integration and upkeep of animation within the game. Furthermore, you’ll take the responsibility for understanding the animation pipeline and the processes, spanning from the conceptual phase through implementation. and contributing ideas to support its improvement. Gameplay animators in our studio are expected to work very closely with Game Designers, Programmers and Animation TDs.

Responsibilities:

- Work closely with Animation Director, Game Designers, Programmers and Animation TDs to create high quality Stylized Animation assets that support and enhance gameplay
- Assist the Animation Director in defining and realizing their creative vision
- In charge of animation production, integration, maintenance, and suggesting innovative solutions to enhance animation systems in Unreal 5
- Document and share your knowledge often and freely with other members of the team
- Be a role model with the drive to help others succeed with a positive attitude

Qualifications:

- At least 7 years of documented experience in 3D animation
- Excellent knowledge of Motion Builder and/or Maya
- Excellent knowledge of animation principles and strong keyframe animation skills
- Experience in both realistic and stylized animation for bipedal / quadruped characters and other organic and inorganic forms
- Knowledge of motion capture editing
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Experienced in creating animations for real-time game engines, with a solid understanding of technical constraints and optimization techniques
- Proven proactivity in taking initiatives and driving projects forward
- Outstanding creativity and very strong commitment to a project
- Ability to mentor Mid and Junior Animators
- Ability to effectively collaborate and excellent communication skill
- Gameplay combat experience is preferable
