In this role, you will work closely with our users by assuming an active, technical involvement in our sales and support activities. You will engage with existing and prospective accounts, learn about both our market and customers and contribute to our mutual success. ## Your responsibilities - Engage in technical discussions with new customers to develop our business related to scaling up quantum computing. - Ensure application-specific customer success. - Nurture an active network in the quantum computing community. - Represent Zurich Instruments at trade shows and community-specific conferences. - Understand technical requirements from customers and communicate to product management and RnD. ## Your profile - Ph.D. in Physics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a similar field, related to quantum computing research. - Hands-on experience with quantum control instrumentation and proficiency in programming quantum computing experiments. - Experience in sales and business development in academic and industrial markets is a plus. - Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills; fluency in English is a must. - Understanding of different layers in the quantum stack, including connectivity to high-performance computing is a plus.
