役割：

- 内部のE6技術チームや外部のクライアントと緊密に連携。お客様がE6の技術とサービスへの投資から最大のリターンを得られるよう、技術的な架け橋となってサポートしていただきます。優れた成果を上げるためには、確かな技術スキルと対人スキルが求められます。
- 各プロジェクトのアプリケーションサポートには、実装フェーズと実装後サポートの2つの明確な段階があります。
- 実装フェーズでは、クライアントのチームと緊密に連携し、ソリューション設計と技術プラットフォームを具体的な構築に変換していただきます。実装後のサポートでは、クライアントのインシデントサポートや構成変更の計画を支援していただきます。
- 解決策の専門家として、チームメイトやクライアントに対してメンターとしての役割も担っていただきます。正式なトレーニングを通じて行うこともあれば、非公式に行うこともあります。
- 積極的な問題解決や、顧客の成功に対するビジョンの共有や、サービス改善に焦点を当てていただきます。再利用可能なコンテンツや推奨事項の開発を通じて実現目指していただきます。

成功に必要なスキル：

金融分野でのJavaベースのアプリケーションサポートの経験を持っており、優れた対人スキルと協力的な働き方に重点を置ける方。

必須条件：

- ミッションクリティカルなJavaアプリケーションを5年以上サポートした経験
- 5年以上の金融業界での経験
- 3年以上のクライアント対応経験（サービスコーディネーターとして）
- SQLおよびNoSQLデータベースからデータを抽出するための基本的な質問の作成経験
- Postmanなどのツールを使用してRESTful APIを質問する経験
- エスカレーションサポートのためのオンコールローテーションに参加できること
- サポート問題およびリクエストの優先順位付けと解決
- ITチームと連携し望ましい結果を導きだす能力
- クライアントとのレビューミーティングの経験
