Project types include code searches (general & for hazardous areas), design and planning of new buildings or the renovation of existing buildings, laboratories, offices, and research & production spaces. Responsibilities for this position also include production of construction documents (drawings & specifications). Required skills include an in depth understanding of codes for hazardous areas in industrial settings along with space planning & design for industrial spaces. This position provides technical knowledge in the architectural discipline and assists colleagues in solving complex design problems through state-of-the-art technology such as Building Information Modeling (Revit) and other visualization tools such as SketchUp, Rhino 3D, 3DS Max, etc. ## Responsibilities - 3-20 years of experience providing architectural design and construction document preparation and comprehensive construction administration as part of a professional architecture/engineering firm for Industrial projects.
