À propos du rôle :

Au sein de Gaïdo Digital Consulting, notre business line conseil, vous interviendrez comme Architecte SI, pour accompagner nos clients dans la modernisation de leurs systèmes d’information et la transformation de leurs organisations. Le poste est à pourvoir à Paris, Lyon, Lille ou Tours.

Vos principales responsabilités :

- Analyse des besoins métiers et cadrage SI : comprendre les enjeux métiers, identifier les irritants et opportunités, prioriser les leviers de transformation.
- Définition de cibles SI et schémas directeurs : construire des visions d’architecture claires et des trajectoires de modernisation réalistes (cloud, SaaS, plateformes, API, data…).
- Diagnostics 360° des SI : évaluer l’existant sur les plans fonctionnel, technique et organisationnel pour orienter les transformations.
- Accompagnement des DSI : faire évoluer les modèles de gouvernance, les pratiques d’architecture et les modes de delivery vers plus d’agilité et de valeur.
- Conception de solutions : proposer des architectures alignées sur les enjeux métiers, durables et évolutives.

Contribution au développement de Gaïdo Digital Consulting :

- Co-construction d’offres : structurer de nouvelles propositions autour de la modernisation des SI.
- Avant-vente : participer à des ateliers clients, formuler des recommandations, rédiger des propositions et soutenir les présentations commerciales.
- Vie du collectif : partager vos convictions et savoirs, contribuer à l’amélioration continue et à la dynamique interne.

Compétences requises :

- Première expérience en architecture ou en conseil en transformation des SI.
- Capacité à poser une vision claire du rôle du SI dans la stratégie de l’entreprise.
- Aptitude à vulgariser des sujets complexes pour créer de l’adhésion.
- Maîtrise des tendances tech actuelles : cloud, API, plateformes, SaaS…
- Familiarité avec les standards du marché (TOGAF…), sans rigidité excessive.
- Anglais professionnel obligatoire.
