We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Assistant Bay Ridge Program Manager to join our Residential Rehabilitation Program. Position Overview The Assistant Bay Ridge Program Manager supports the Program Manager in the day-to-day operation of the Bay Ridge residential program. This position combines direct support, program coordination, staff leadership, and operational oversight to help ensure high-quality services and a safe, recovery-oriented environment for the individuals we serve. The Assistant Program Manager will provide leadership coverage in the Program Manager's absence, support staff, coordinate care, assist with admissions and transitions, and help maintain compliance with agency policies and program standards. ## Key Responsibilities Recovery & Direct Support - Maintain current knowledge of individuals served, including diagnoses, psychiatric and medical history, treatment plans, medications, strengths, needs, and recovery goals. - Assist individuals in identifying, developing, and pursuing personalized recovery goals. - Assess individuals' stages of change and utilize appropriate, person-centered interventions. - Provide support with activities of daily living (ADLs), money management, meal planning and nutrition, shopping, cleaning, transportation, and other independent living skills. - Promote independence, self-determination, and community integration. - Consistently model and apply Recovery Model and trauma-informed care principles.
