Étudiant.e en Master, passionné.e par l’innovation et l’intelligence collective, vous êtes à la recherche d’un stage de fin d’étude ou équivalent de 6 mois? Nous vous proposons d'accompagner notre équipe “Ideate & Achieve”, sur la création de programmes d’intrapreneuriat, ateliers et expériences d’intelligence collective, d’innovation participative et de formations.

Les missions que nous vous proposons :

Contribuer au pilotage des projets

- Cadrer, suivre et animer les projets : présentation, compte-rendu, document de facilitation ou de suivi…
- Assurer la meilleur coordination et animation de l’ensemble des parties prenantes du projet

Organisation des programmes et expériences d’innovation :

- Accompagner l’équipe sur l'ensemble des phases du projet : design, appel à idée, sélection des idées, formation des équipes, coaching des équipes, organisation des événements physiques
- Contribuer à l’organisation d’événements et ateliers ponctuels à destination de nos clients (Ex : ateliers d’idéation, sessions de coaching, hackathon…)
- Assurer la logistique des événements
- Participer à la facilitation de ces expériences.

Ces missions, non exhaustives, s'articulent autour des projets menés pour l’ensemble de nos grands clients, inspirés par le Design Thinking et le Lean Startup. Vous pourrez également, comme tous nos collaborateurs, contribuer ponctuellement au développement de nos équipes comme de notre portefeuil client

Profil recherché :

- Après une première année de master validée, vous souhaitez rejoindre une petite équipe où vous agirez en autonomie et responsabilité.-
- Vous maîtrisez les principaux outils bureautiques (Google et/ou Microsoft) et ne craignez pas de découvrir de nouveaux logiciels (MailChimp, Klaxoon, Canva, Mural…)
- Votre très bon relationnel vous permet de vous adapter à des interlocuteurs variés (Chefs de projet, designers, facilitateurs, partenaires, décideurs et experts chez nos clients…)
- A l’aise dans un environnement international, vous maitrisez l’anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit
- Vous avez une expérience et une  appétence confirmée pour la mise en place et la gestion d’événements

Ce stage vous permettra une immersion au cœur des enjeux d’innovation, de co-création et de collaboration des grandes organisations. Et il pourra, si nos projets respectifs convergent bien, déboucher sur une embauche à l’issue du stage.
