Dans un contexte de forte croissance, pour répondre à nos objectifs de scalabilité, de satisfaction client et de mission sociale visant à rendre l’emploi accessible au plus grand nombre, nous renforçons notre équipe OPS avec l’ouverture d’un poste d’Assistant·e Responsable Recrutement et RH en implant, basé à Douai (59), en CDI, à pourvoir dès que possible.

Vos missions : En tant qu'Assistant Responsable d’implant, vous serez le point de contact clé entre les intérimaires et notre client. Véritable relais opérationnel sur le terrain, vous veillez à garantir la qualité de service, la satisfaction des collaborateurs intérimaires et la bonne réponse aux besoins de recrutement du site (organisation de réunions d’information collective, préparation des tests intérimaires et évaluation, constitution des dossiers candidats, suivi du personnel intérimaire en mission...). En contact direct avec notre client, vous recueillez les besoins de recrutement pour répondre à ses pré-requis.

Vous :

- identifiez les candidats les plus adaptés grâce aux outils à votre disposition (Base de données candidats internes, job-boards, CVthèques, etc....).
- évaluez les candidats en entretien physique au sein de l’implant en respectant les pré- requis de notre Client (présélection, entretiens et tests) accompagnez nos Gojobbers tout au long de leur mission
- gérez les tâches opérationnelles au quotidien avec une présence terrain régulière
- savez instaurer un véritable climat de confiance pour la croissance et la pérennité du partenariat avec notre client.

Votre profil : 1 an d'expérience idéalement en environnement industriel

- Excellentes compétences en communication avec la capacité d’établir et de maintenir des relations solides avec notre client
- A l’aise avec les indicateurs clés de performance/satisfaction client
- Maîtrise de la bureautique et expérience avec les systèmes CRM.
- Forte appétence et curiosité pour les nouvelles solutions et technologies permettant d’optimiser les process et les méthodes afin de trouver des solutions rapides.
- Agile, créatif et avec un véritable “mindset d’entrepreneur”, vous aimez les environnements en perpétuelle évolution et vous savez vous adapter rapidement aux urgences et situations imprévues. Vous justifiez d'une expérience d’au moins 1 an au cours de laquelle vous avez développé des compétences en recrutement, idéalement en travail temporaire. Vous savez vous adapter facilement et êtes aussi à l’aise pour interagir avec nos intérimaires qu’avec les équipes de notre client. Vous êtes autonome, rigoureux et polyvalent
