We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to support our store at Manchester Arndale, working closely with the Store Manager to be the main driver of sales, motivate our Sleep Experts, deliver an exceptional customer experience, maintain strong operational and visual merchandising standards, and confidently take ownership of the store when required. What you will do: - Motivate and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. - Understand customer preferences and make product recommendations, ensuring a high-quality experience. - Oversee administrative tasks, stock management, and shift coordination. - Execute visual merchandising guidelines to the highest standards. - Take responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store Manager.
