Wir suchen einen Assistant Store Manager (m/w/d) zur Unterstützung unseres neuen Stores im Olympia-Einkaufszentrum in München.  In dieser Position bist du die treibende Verkaufskraft im Store und überzeugst durch ausgeprägte Verkaufs- und Kundenbetreuungsfähigkeiten. Außerdem unterstützt du bei Trainings- und Feedbacksessions mit dem Team sowie den/die Store Manager bei der Schichtplanung und der kommerziellen Analyse des Stores.

Das wirst du tun:

- Motivierst und führst das Verkaufsteam, um Verkaufsziele zu erreichen und zu übertreffen.
- Verstehst die Bedürfnisse der Kund:innen und sprichst Produktempfehlungen aus, um ein erstklassiges Erlebnis sicherzustellen.
- Überwachst administrative Aufgaben, Bestandsmanagement und die Koordination der Schichten.
- Setzt die Visual-Merchandising-Standards auf höchstem Niveau um.
- Übernimmst die Verantwortung für den Store in Abwesenheit des Store Managers.

Das suchen wir:

- Erfahrung als Assistant Store Manager oder Senior Verkäufer:in im Einzelhandel.
- Ausgeprägte Verkaufsfähigkeiten mit einer proaktiven, kundenorientierten Herangehensweise.
- Fähigkeit, kommerzielle KPIs zu interpretieren und in konkrete, ergebnisorientierte Maßnahmen umzusetzen.
- Kontinuierliches Streben nach Verbesserungen in Verkaufsprozessen oder Visual Merchandising.
- Fließend Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse.
