Será responsável por apoiar o time de negócios para garantir organização, controle e fluidez dos projetos. A posição terá papel importante no acompanhamento de cronogramas, sistemas, documentação e rotinas administrativas, contribuindo para que informações, materiais e próximos passos estejam sempre atualizados e acessíveis aos times envolvidos.

Principais Responsabilidades:

- Controle de Cronogramas: Apoiar na elaboração e atualização dos cronogramas macro e táticos, acompanhando prazos e próximos passos com os times internos.

- Gestão de Sistemas: Abrir e acompanhar ordens de serviço (jobs), manter informações atualizadas nos sistemas de gestão e apoiar a organização de materiais em plataformas internas.

- Documentação e Follow-up: Redigir atas/contact reports, registrar decisões e responsabilidades e formalizar próximos passos após reuniões com cliente e times internos.

- Suporte à Operação: Apoiar na organização de agendas, reuniões e apresentações, na consolidação de materiais e na interface com Operações/Projetos e demais disciplinas da agência.

- Acompanhamento Financeiro: Apoiar controles básicos de orçamento e faturamento, além do fluxo de notas, autorizações e demais documentos necessários à operação.

- Organização da Informação: Manter documentos, históricos e materiais dos projetos organizados e atualizados, contribuindo para a visibilidade e continuidade das entregas.

Requisitos e Perfil:

- Formação em andamento ou concluída em Publicidade e Propaganda, Marketing, Administração ou áreas correlatas.

- Experiência prévia em estágio ou posição de assistência em atendimento, negócios ou projetos em agências de publicidade será um diferencial.

- Perfil organizado, proativo, colaborativo e atento aos detalhes, com facilidade para acompanhar múltiplas demandas simultaneamente.

- Boa comunicação escrita e verbal e disposição para aprender e trabalhar de forma integrada com diferentes disciplinas.

- Interesse pelo ecossistema de comunicação 360º, produção de assets em escala e ambiente digital.

- Domínio do pacote Office, especialmente Excel/Planilhas e PowerPoint/Apresentações.
